A three-man FIFA delegation has ended a two day visit in Sierra Leone, this paper has learned.
The visit was geared towards helping the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) to review its constitution.
Speaking to newsmen at the SLFA headquarters at Kingtom on this Monday, the head of the delegation, Mr. Corvaro Primo, said he was happy to note that they have been able to hold very fruitful deliberations with most of the stakeholders and that they have made some vital recommendations that will help the SLFA to grow and develop.
He also revealed that they have reached an agreement with the constitution committee to reduce the number of delegations from sixty seven to forty five as that will help to ease the expenditure of the FA and also increase the number of executive committee members from seven to nine.
He explained that as members of FIFA, he thought it was their duty to recommend some measures to them for the good of their association.
