The All Peoples Congress (APC) Member of Parliament for Constituency 44 in the Sengbe and Mano Chiefdoms, Koinadugu District, Northern Province, Hon. Kewulay Moses Kargbo, was on Wednesday, May 23 this year, put under gun point and robbed of his valuable properties by four armed men at his home in Wellington.
According to a Police source at the Calaba Town Police Post, a report was made by one Farah Kargbo, the son of Hon. Kewulay Moses Kargbo, on the said date alleging that between the hours of 3:00 am to 4:00 am, four men armed with pistols and machetes attacked his father at their home, 12B Lower Mellon Street, Wellington where they were all put under gun point and robbed them of their three valuable mobile phones, different types of lap top computers and other valuable items running into millions of Leones.
The matter is under investigation at the Calaba Town Police Post and up to press time no arrests have been made.
