Former Leone Stars player and also aspirant for the Sierra Leone Football Association presidency, Brima Mazola Kamara, has stepped down from the race to pitch camp with favorite candidate Mrs. Isha Johansen.

Mazola told AYV Sports his decision was based on his high regard for Mrs. Johansen.

“Isha has a great vision for football in the country. Judging from her contribution in the past years, I am convinced Isha is the one person that will transform football in Sierra Leone if elected as President come July,” said Mazola.

He said he was personally moved by Isha’s determination and believed that if they came together they would achieve a ‘new dawn’ in Sierra Leone football.

Mazola urged former footballers who have sacrificed a lot for Sierra Leonean football to join hands with madam Isha Johansen remedy Sierra Leone football.
